Crusader's Lodge is a "crusaders/masonic" themed restaurant, serving a world cuisine menu from all over the world. This idea is dedicated to my father's passion for the Free Masons (a fraternity in which he belongs to). The setting will send visitors back into the medieval era mixed with contemporary artistic design. The food - obviously delicious - will consist of veggie entrees (vegetarian friendly), seafood, poultry, and meats. I do plan to serve alcohol, and I want to introduce exotic beers and wines to the (URL removed) restaurant will be targeting more of the working class who socialize during the night after dinner, as well as generally targeting all ages, races, ethnicities, etc. There will be wonderful extra touches that will correlate towards the theme like; "The Beer Bible", the waitstaff wearing aprons that has designs similar to the flags worn by knights in the day, decor that looks like the dining hall of a castle, and other themed extras. Games like darts, and pool will be available if the right venue with the extra space was found. I truly hope to find an investor or loan of some kind to make this idea into a reality. I have full confidence in my business plan. I am new to business start-ups, but have almost ten years of experience in many different types of restaurants.
